Bolivia Clashes: Third Person Killed in Disputed Election

LA PAZ, BOLIVIA – Authorities in Bolivia say a 3rd individual has been killed in road clashes which have intensified because the nation’s disputed election practically three weeks in the past.

Limbert Guzman, a 20-year-old scholar, died late Wednesday in a clinic in town of Cochabamba following clashes between supporters and foes of President Evo Morales.

Morales expressed his condolences on Twitter.
