SACABA, BOLIVIA – Five supporters of former president Evo Morales have been killed Friday in violent clashes between protesters and safety forces in Bolivia, in keeping with an AFP correspondent who noticed the our bodies at a hospital.

The protesters carried “weapons, guns, Molotov cocktails, homemade bazookas and explosive devices,” Cochabamba police commander Colonel Jamie Zurita mentioned.

“They used dynamite and deadly weapons like the Mauser 765 (rifle). Neither the armed forces nor the police are equipped with such a caliber, I am worried,” he mentioned.
