Next to peanut butter and jelly, cookie dough and ice cream has been one of my favorite food combos since I was a kid, and these edible cookie dough ice cream bites have my taste buds tingling. The bites, made by Bubbies Ice Cream, look just like mochi and are sold in six-count packs. They come in four gluten-free flavors: Strawberry Sugar Cookie, Peanut Butter Brownie Batter, Vanilla Birthday Cake, and Vanilla Chocolate Chip.
The bites are currently only available at Safeway and Whole Foods stores along the West Coast and in Hawaii, but I have my fingers crossed that they’ll be sold nationwide soon. Take a peek at what the bites look like on the inside ahead, and swing by your local grocery store to try them for yourself — no spoon necessary.
