If you are like me, you usually surprise what your favourite athletes do to coach in order to be one of the best in the world. I’ve a listing of athletes I’d like to shadow for a day and work out with, and Serena Williams and Venus Williams are positively on the highest of it! Fortunately for me, and everybody else who feels the identical approach, Serena and Venus hosted a digital coaching session on Instagram that anybody can comply with together with.
“Today we’re going to do a little bit of my warmup. A lot of people ask ‘What does Serena do?’ Or maybe no one has ever asked what Serena does, but I’m assuming that people do,” Serena joked at first of the video. Serena defined that the exercise, which she refers to as a warmup, is “a little intense,” and suggests following the modified model (demonstrated by Venus) if any of the actions do not be just right for you or simply drink a mimosa and watch, Serena playfully prompt.
If you are right down to attempt Serena’s exercise, seize a yoga mat, yoga blocks, and sliders when you have them. And should you’re not in the temper to coach, simply benefit from the love, enjoyable, and constructive power the duo exudes all through all the video.
