A senior Magistrates’ Court docket sitting in Ibadan, Oyo State, on Thursday, December fifth remanded a 32-year-old Ibrahim Isiaka in Agodi Correctional Centre, for allegedly killing his father.
The Senior Justice of the Peace, Mrs. T. B. Ogunkanmi, who didn’t take the plea of the defendant, ordered that he ought to be remanded in custody pending receipt of authorized recommendation from the state Directorate of Public Prosecutions (DPP).
Ibrahim of Alagbagba space, Ashi, Ibadan was in courtroom on a one-count cost of homicide. The Prosecutor, Insp Sunday Ojeleye, informed the courtroom that Ibrahim on Nov. 8, at about 10.00 am, allegedly prompted the death of his 72-year-old father, Busari Isiaka, by strangling him to death.
