Queen Elizabeth Ditches Fur, Buckingham Palace Reveals

You’ve most likely seen a number of pictures ofQueen Elizabeth wanting regal, her diamond-encrusted crown atop her head, fur draped round her neck and down her cape/jacket. Nicely, no extra. Not actual fur, anyway.

In a brand new memoir by the Queen’s longtime dressmaker,Angela Kelly, “The Other Side Of The Coin: The Queen, The Dresser And The Wardrobe,” it’s been revealed that going ahead, the Queen will not be making new garments with fur.

Telegraph stories {that a} Buckingham Palace spokesperson confirmed it on Wednesday, that as new outfits are designed for the Queen, any fur used can be faux.

Nevertheless it doesn’t imply the Queen will eliminate all of the fur outfits she already has. The Queen will proceed to re-wear present outfits in her wardrobe.
