It's no surprise that Bengals fans would want to make the trip to Nashville on Saturday to see their team in its first divisional round playoff game since 1990. The Bengals ended their 31-year playoff win drought last weekend by beating the Raiders 26-19.

But the home team will do what it can to ensure there aren't too many Bengals fans in attendance at Nissan Stadium.

The Titans earned a first-round bye as the AFC No. 1 seed, so they wanted strong attendance for their first playoff game this season.

The team changed its ticket transfer policy this week, making it tougher for Bengals fans to purchase a ticket to the game. Now, tickets can't be transferred to someone until 24 hours before kickoff.

Brooke Ellenberger, vice president of ticketing for the Titans, spoke with Nashville's News Channel 5 about why the organization decided to change this policy ahead of Saturday's game.

“We want Nissan Stadium to be two tone blue. And so by limiting this transfer window, it also limits the number of visiting team fans that we’ll have in the stadium," Ellenberger said. "By limiting that transfer time would limit some of the resale and some of that transfer activity that would happen in advance.”

However, the drive from Cincinnati to Nashville is only around four hours. It wouldn't be too difficult for fans to make a last-minute trip, especially if it means seeing their team continue their historic playoff run.

Though tickets have officially been sold out since Sunday night, fans can still try their luck via the secondary market through websites like Ticketmaster, StubHub, SeatGeek and VividSeats.
