“WE HAVE to do everything, and we have to do it immediately.” That quote, from climate scientist Piers Forster on the College of Leeds, UK, has haunted me ever since I wrote it down virtually a 12 months in the past. I used to be interviewing Forster for a chunk on limiting international warming to 1.5C.
